You will have the opportunity to witness the stunning Enrosadira—the rare phenomenon where the Dolomite peaks turn a vibrant red and pink at sunset. The experience concludes with a focused Drinks Tasting in a cozy malga (traditional mountain hut). We'll sample local regional wines from Alto Adige (Südtirol) and Trentino. This is your chance to savor the authentic mountain tradition alongside the famous local Grappa or a warm Vin Brulé (mulled wine), depending on the season.
